Disclaimers.
These are the terms you agree to when you place an order.
Note for Sarah: send Jake the full text from your disclaimers doc and it goes in here word for word. What is below is carried over from your order form and from what was readable on that doc, so treat it as a placeholder until you confirm it.
Use of delivered video
By signing the order form you acknowledge and agree not to alter the video in any way once it is delivered, including adding extra slow motion or making any edits. All modifications must be made exclusively by SJ Visuals.
Liability
SJ Visuals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during filming.
Quality
SJ Visuals aims for high quality video on every run. Outside factors including weather and arena lighting can affect the final product, and those conditions are outside my control.
Delivery
Orders can take up to 7 days after the event to be sent out. Every order is emailed, and that email includes instructions on how to download your videos along with links to view them.
