SJ Visuals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during filming.

Quality guarantee

SJ Visuals strives to deliver high quality videos. Video quality may be influenced by external factors such as weather, lighting, or venue conditions, which are beyond our control.

Creative decisions

Final edits, color grading, and other creative decisions are made at the sole discretion of SJ Visuals. Every effort is made to align with the agreed upon vision and deliver high quality content.

Revisions policy

Clients acknowledge and agree not to alter the video in any way once it is delivered, including adding extra slow motion or making any edits. All modifications must be made exclusively by SJ Visuals.

Additional fees

If additional edits or revisions are agreed upon, an extra fee will be charged based on the complexity and time required. Clients will be informed of the costs before any additional work begins.

Storage duration

SJ Visuals will store the footage for a period of 30 days following the completion of the filming session. After this period, footage may be permanently deleted.

Client responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to properly store and back up their footage after delivery. SJ Visuals strongly recommends that clients create their own backups for safekeeping.

Liability for lost files

SJ Visuals cannot be held liable for any loss of footage after the storage period has expired. Clients are encouraged to download and back up all footage promptly.

Data security

While efforts are made to maintain backups and ensure the security of data, complete data security cannot be guaranteed. SJ Visuals is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or breach of data during storage.

Event permissions

It is the responsibility of SJ Visuals to ensure that all necessary permissions for filming are obtained, including approval from event organizers or venue management. Clients are not required to handle these permissions.

Delivery timeline

Edited videos will be delivered within 7 days of the event or shoot unless otherwise specified. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Use of footage

SJ Visuals reserves the right to use video footage for promotional purposes, including social media, website portfolios, and advertising, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Refund policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the cancellation notice and any expenses already incurred by SJ Visuals.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon submission of the order form.
